These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SEO ANALYSER services provided by AI Business Insight Pty Ltd (ABN: 68 681 570 543).
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are between AI Business Insight Pty Ltd (ABN: 68 681 570 543, trading as (Business Name) SEO ANALYSER, "Provider", "we", "us") and the person or entity that uses the seoanalyser.com.au website or related services ("Customer", "you").
SEO ANALYSER currently provides two service tiers:
To purchase the Pro Plan you must create an account, provide accurate information, and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes while these Terms are in force. You must not:
Automated scraping, scripted requests or other means intended to bypass the four-audits-per-day limit are prohibited. We may throttle or block traffic that breaches this clause.
We endeavour to provide 24/7 uptime, excluding factors beyond our reasonable control, and emergency maintenance. We may suspend access for security, legal, or payment issues; we will give notice where practicable.
Subscription prices are listed on our site in AUD and exclude GST unless stated. You authorise our payment processor to charge your chosen method.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your dashboard before the renewal date.
If payment fails and remains overdue for 3 days we may suspend access, after 60 days we may delete your data.
Except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), all Fees are non‑refundable.
We retain all rights in the Services and related intellectual property. You own any Customer Content you supply. You grant us a limited licence to use Customer Content solely to operate the Services.
"SEO ANALYSER", our logos and design marks are our trademarks. You must not use them without our prior written consent.
Each party must keep the other's Confidential Information secure and use it only to perform this agreement. Confidentiality obligations survive 5 years (or indefinitely for trade secrets).
SEO results depend on many external factors; our reports are informational only.
The Services may link to or rely on third-party tools (e.g. Google Lighthouse). We do not control, or accept liability for those third-party services.
Information we provide is general in nature and not legal, financial or professional advice. Seek your own advisers before acting.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Where permitted, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the Services or refunding the fees paid for the current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of (a) AUD 100 or (b) the Fees you paid us in that period.
We may permanently delete Free-tier audit data 30 days after creation.
Cancel any time via your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you (a) breach these Terms, (b) fail to pay, or (c) use the Services for illegal or abusive purposes.
We may update these Terms by giving at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app message. Continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance. If a change materially reduces functionality, you may cancel before it takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
